Encox Services INC (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Although we are a Canadian company governed primarily by the Copyright Act of Canada, we also recognize the importance of international copyright standards, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States and similar frameworks. This DMCA Policy outlines how copyright owners may notify us of alleged infringements and how we will respond.

Our website, https://encoxservices.com (“Website”), offers information, resources, and services related to remote staffing, and we are committed to addressing any copyright concerns in a prompt and compliant manner.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our Website in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at legal@encoxservices.com with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • A description of the infringing material and its location on the Website (e.g., URL or relevant details).

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@encoxservices.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • A clear identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Saskatchewan, Canada, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice of infringement or their agent.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain such restoration.
